What is the opportunity?

You will provide analysis for implementation and improvement of processes, workflow, project management methods and apply basic theories, skills, and practices to accomplish assignments.

What will you do?

  • Work constructively in a team environment

  • Aid in managing volumes and organizing workflow

  • Remain up to date on a number of desks so as to be able to back fill throughout the year.

  • Possess good knowledge of the products and systems required to accomplish daily responsibilities

  • Ensures adherence to policies, procedures, standards and guidelines instructions and ensures processes and controls are in place to minimize operations risk

  • On an ongoing basis will assist Manager, DTC Settlements with any ad hoc requirements / tasks

What you need to succeed?

  • Post-secondary education or equivalent

  • Strong communication skills

  • Ability to work independently and to solve problems using knowledge and experience

  • Good working knowledge of internal trading, account and settlement systems including: DTC, BPS, APEX, etc.

  • Strong MS Office skills Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
