What is the opportunity?


We are looking for a highly motivated and versatile professional to join our team as a Project and Business Analyst. This unique role combines the responsibilities of a Business Analyst and a Project Manager, offering the opportunity to work on impactful initiatives that drive operational improvements and deliver strategic business solutions.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze business needs, define project requirements, and ensure successful project execution from initiation to completion. Additionally, in this role, you will work closely with Marketing leads, software developers and UX/UI designers to implement and optimize marketing initiatives across various digital platforms.

You will play a pivotal role in ensuring that digital marketing strategies align with technical capabilities and deliver a seamless user experience. Youll act as a liaison between marketing and development, managing projects that drive both engagement and operational efficiency.

What will you do?

  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and objectives are met; gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into actionable project plans and deliverables; facilitate collaboration between stakeholders, acting as the bridge between technical teams and business units; monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success

  • Develop and maintain documentation, including project status updates, business process models, and status reports; act as the project lead on cross-functional marketing initiatives, coordinating between development, marketing, and external vendors to deliver projects on time and within scope.

  • Manage the implementation of marketing technologies, ensuring seamless operation and integration with the broader tech stack; facilitate communication between technical and marketing teams, translating business needs into technical requirements and vice versa

  • Partner with developers to ensure that all marketing-related technical requirements are met, including the integration of digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM systems)

  • Coordinate the development and deployment of web pages, landing pages, and other digital marketing assets, ensuring an optimal user experience and alignment with brand standards

  • Work closely with UI/UX designers to ensure that digital marketing projects provide a user-friendly, intuitive experience that aligns with customer expectations and business objectives

  • Oversee the operational aspects of marketing campaigns, managing the workflow from concept through execution, ensuring that deadlines are met and deliverables align with business goals

  • Serve as Scrum Master for marketing-related development projects, facilitating sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives; coach development and marketing teams on Agile principles, ensuring adherence to Scrum practices and continuous improvement; remove roadblocks that hinder the team's progress, ensuring smooth delivery of projects and campaigns; manage and prioritize the project backlog, ensuring clarity on goals and objectives for the team; track and report sprint progress

What do you need to succeed?

Must-have:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

  • 7+ years experience in business analysis, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects; along with 3+ years in project management

  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence) and analytical tools (e.g., Excel) pivot, macros nice to have, powerBI nice to have

  • Solid understanding of business processes, system integrations, and change management.

  • Ability to manage competing priorities, meet deadlines, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment; excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and align diverse stakeholders.

Nice To Have:

  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing operations, or a related field.

  • Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) or business analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA).

  • Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies and tools.

  • Familiarity with industry-specific processes or technologies relevant to the organization.

  • Advanced skills in data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, SQL).

  • Previous experience working in cross-functional teams or matrixed organizations.

  • Understanding of front-end web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hotjar, Marketo, CRM platforms).

  • Familiarity with UI/UX principles, web accessibility and user-centered design best practices.

  • Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, Hubspot).

  • Familiarity with heat mapping tools (e.g., Crazy Egg, Hotjar).

  • Experience working with content management systems (CMS) such as Teamsite, WordPress or Sitecore.

  • Knowledge of SEO best practices and how they impact digital user experience.
