This is a specialized administrative role. The Institutional Reporting Specialist plays a vital role within the PH&N Institutional team by ensuring accurate and timely execution of client reporting and presentation materials; as well as maintaining detailed client information in our CRM. What will you do?

  • Assist in creating content, organizing production, reviewing, and distributing client reporting (monthly, quarterly and on request)

  • Support day-to-day and ad hoc client requests by utilizing investment software, preparing presentations, client reports, and other forms of client communication

  • Work with our CRM to capture key business development activities, mandate changes, and critical client information

  • Research, create and maintain presentation materials (charts and slides, data analysis, etc.)

  • Collaborate with various teams across RBC GAM, to support and implement projects impacting the Institutional Team

  • Ensure that all client related information is accurately maintained across all internal applications

What do you need to succeed?

Must Have

  • 3 years administrative experience (financial services preferred)

  • Meticulous attention to detail, ability to work independently, and self-motivated when meeting key deliverables in high pressure situations

  • Advanced skillset in the use of Microsoft 365 applications, particularly Excel and Power Point

  • Given the cyclical nature of our business, a flexible work schedule is critical for this role as there are periods where overtime may be required, particularly during quarter end

  • Strong professional written and verbal communications skills; problem solver who demonstrates strategic thinking and sound judgement

  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize under tight deadlines

Nice to Have

  • Experience using Salesforce (CRM)

  • CSC / IFC

  • Previous administrative exposure to asset management
