Manager, HR Business Performance and Reporting

What is the Opportunity?

Reporting to the Direct, HR Global Governance & Performance Measurement, you will be part of a fast-paced and high-performing team providing senior leaders with actionable insights and the overall health of their portfolio. You will collaborate with teams across HR & BMCC and cross functional groups to build routines, collect data, develop dashboards, and optimize data pipelines to help make informed data-driven business decisions. This is a new role focusing on risk data and expandable to other data as the team supports areas across HR & BMCC.

What will you do?

• Collect, validate, and consolidate data from multiple stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain interactive dashboards to monitor key metrics.
• Optimize and automate data pipelines to improve reporting efficiency.
• Support ad-hoc and regulatory risk reporting requirements.
• Collaborate with different teams to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
• Assist in analyzing trends and insights from data to support decision-making.

What do you need to succeed?

Must Have:

• Minimum of 5+ years Financial, Data, HR, or relevant business experience.
• University degree or related business management experience.
• High degree of proficiency working with data and insight tools (e.g. Excel and Tableau).
• Data Visualization experience.
• An inquisitive and creative mindset, focused on solutions.
• Strong attention to detail and desire for accuracy.
• Strong communication, presentation and storytelling skills; able to succinctly express ideas.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to draw insights, anticipate needs and identify solutions.
• Strategic mindset and effective collaboration skills.
• Experience working in a complex, matrix environment and proactively managing a diverse set of stakeholders.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have:

• Digital fluency.
• ServiceNow reporting experience.
• Proficiency in SQL and VBA.
• Design thinking & Lean methodology.
