What is the opportunity?

Coordinates production support activities for all major systems and related subsystems to ensure the integrity of computer-generated data. Applies complete knowledge, skills, and practices to perform assignments.

What will you do?

  • Ensuring that up-to-date Source systems are maintained and documented for each program that is part of a scheduled production run.

  • Ensuring the documentation and tracking of all Data Quality relating to incoming feeds are accurate

  • Monitoring the table logs on a daily basis to ensure all Data mismatch and quality reports are available for production runs and tracks resolution.

What do you need to succeed?

Must-have:

  • Experience with the incident and problem management lifecycles.

  • 5+ years of experience with Unix and DB (Hive+RDBMS) and application support.

  • Bachelors degree in computer science, Computer Engineering or equivalent training and experience. Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).

  • Willing to take a business focused, holistic approach to delivering operations. A self-starter with the creativity to solve problems independently.

  • Ability to build effective relationships with a range of team members, stakeholders, partners, vendors, and business users.

  • Displays a sense of ownership and exhibits flexibility, resilience, and resourcefulness. Working knowledge of both real-time and batch transaction process monitoring and issue response

Nice-to-have:

  • Working experience with ServiceNow or comparable IT Service Management toolsets

  • Software development experience.

  • IT System operations experience.

  • Familiarity with large scale logging solutions in a development or operations perspective.

  • ITIL Framework

  • Experience with monitoring and logging technologies such as Dynatrace, Moogsoft, ELK, Splunk, etc.

  • Working experience with Data Integration patterns, data reconciliation, analysis

  • Working experience of database technologies (SQL), db2, Oracle, TerraData, SQL Server

  • Working experience in big data and related concepts and technologies.
