What is the Opportunity?

Reporting to the Director, Cyber Operations Risk Management Operations(RMO), the Senior Manager, RMO Documentation Writer and Governance will provide a servicein support of all the Cyber Operations (CO) internationally. With strong technical writing experience and expertise, you will partner closely with stakeholders within the CO teams to assist in the creation of Process and Procedure documentation and deliver compliance risk reporting to all of GCS.

What will you do?

  • Lead and support a service to document process and procedure across Cyber Operations
  • Drive results and hold stakeholders accountable to complete Risk Controls create and review
  • Provide advisory services to documentation and risk controls
  • Support teams throughout the lifecycle of their technical controls.
  • Create and provide risk governance reporting to GCS.
  • Identify ongoing process improvements, operational gaps, and potential risk remediation steps.

What do you need to succeed?

Must Have:

  • University/College graduate or equivalent.
  • Expertise in technical documentation such as- process/procedure documentation
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong stakeholder and relationship management skills.
  • Keen attention to detail with an aptitude for problem-solving, challenging the status quo, and thinking outside the box.
  • Effective time management and organization skills with the ability to multi-task and flexibly adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong technical writing skills with the ability to distill complex technical details into concise, consumable language.
  • Passionate about IT Risk Management.

Nice to Have:

  • Professional designation or certification such as Certified Technical Writer.
  • Strong experience responding to and/or participating in regulatory requests and exams.
  • Institutional knowledge and familiarity with RBC policies and standards.
