What is the opportunity?
In the role of Senior Manager, Strategy & Transformation, Wealth Management, you will be responsible for leading initiatives that drive the Wealth Management growth strategy and implement best solutions aligned to the strategy. You will identify, research, analyze, recommend, and execute solutions to drive business impact.You will collaborate with partners across all global Wealth businesses and the enterprise.
What will you do?
Establish credibility by quickly acquiring and demonstrating subject matter expertise and knowledge in Wealth Management business.
Constructively challenge the status quo (i.e. leverage our diversity of thought, show openness to different perspectives)
Proactively identify opportunities for revenue generation and cost efficiencies while mitigating risk, and improving the client experience.
Lead and implement complex projects of various scopes and types through problem identification, defining an approach, planning, organizing, and executing.
Your projects may involve structuring team discussion sessions, group problem solving facilitation, interviews with various stakeholders, etc.
Deliver presentations to influence business partners and executives, capturing key discussion points and drive towards action plans
Conduct comprehensive analysis using analytical frameworks, approaches, tools and methodologies to develop robust recommendations
Contribute to the culture of Wealth Management Strategy and Transformation group by continually demonstrating commitment to coach and develop the teamand grow the professional capabilities of the group and yourself.
What do you need to succeed?
Must Have
3+years experience in a management consulting environment, ideally focused on wealth management, banking and / or financial industry
Data analysis, insights, and financial modelling experience, including structured problem solving skills
Stakeholder & relationship management experience, as well as strong communication and storyboarding skills
Project management disciplines including time, resource, and scope management.
Proficient in Microsoft Office including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Nice to Have
Strong understanding and experience in the High Net Worth Client Segment, asset management and/ orWealth Management
Bachelors degree or post-graduate degree (such as MBA, finance, engineering, or science)
Additional designations (CPA, CFA, Agile, Lean and Six Sigma)
Familiar with core banking and wealth management products and financial instruments
