What is the opportunity?

The Co-op Analyst, Risk and Control Assessment in Bedford, Nova Scotia will be responsible for supporting Data Shared Services in driving business process improvement.

What will you do?

  • Gain a working knowledge of Risk and Control Assessment (RCA) processes and deliverables
  • Work as part of an agile team to achieve project goals related to Risk and Control Assessment
  • Review control inventories and analyze relevant artifacts
  • Collaborate with team members to identify opportunities to enhance processes
  • Closely work with and respond to Stakeholders
  • Apply critical thought to existing tools, controls and processes; make recommendations and test solutions

  • Ability to analyze and propose solutions to resolve data-related issues
  • Creative and analytical thinker who is self-driven
  • Effective communications skills, both written and oral
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, Visio

Please note:This posting is for a 4-months Summer 2025 Student placement with a start date of May 2025, and end date of August 2025. In order to be eligible for this 4-months Student position, you must either:

  • Be returning back to school after the work term end-date of August 2025 ; or
  • If you are not returning back to school (i.e. are graduating in August 2025), you must require the full 4-months work term as a mandatory component to in order to graduate successfully.
