What is the opportunity?

As a workflow officer in the Investment Record and Distribution Montreal Team, you will be responsible for successful triage and distribution of various tasks and work items to agents with the appropriate skillset. You will ensure that work queues are monitored to meet our CSCs and regulatory requirements. You will second the Senior Team Leader in overseeing work volumes and be responsible for updating the daily stats template before 9 a.m. daily. You will also be called upon to work on more complex tasks within the team as your schedule permits.

What will you do?

  • Work collaboratively with others on the team to ensure proper handling of requests and to ensure service levels are maintained
  • Prioritize and manage workload to ensure time is utilized wisely and individual productivity levels are being met
  • Demonstrates a long-term perspective in addressing concerns
  • Keep an open communication with the management team to discuss trends of incoming requests and volumes

What will you need to succeed?

Must have

  • Bilingualism (English and French) required, as you will regularly do business with RBC partners and/or employees across Canada with English and French speaking needs.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment.
  • Proven knowledge of Excel (merging documents, pivot tables, filters, data validation, etc.)
  • Sense of urgency and prioritization
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and with tight deadlines, to maintain a superior level of customer service.
  • Proven effective analytical mindset.

Good to have.

  • Experience in an operation center environment.
  • Investments knowledge
