If you are interested in flexible online/blended learning and opportunities for lifelong learning and creativity, we invite you to apply to join our dynamic educational team, supporting students in onsite and at-home (online) programs.Onsite work: This position includes teaching grade 8 and 9 Science classes in Langley and Abbotsford on Tuesdays from 10:15 a.m. - 2:45 p.m. and Thursdays from 9:30 a.m. - 3 p.m. approximately 18 on-site days February-June 2025.Online work: This position also includes working from home in a flexible online position during the week. Fully online courses may include Careers and ADST. Qualifications: A teacher who is certified by the B.C. Teacher Regulation Branch or the Office of the Inspector of Independent Schools. A teacher who can attend onsite training three times per year in the Lower Mainland and/or Vancouver Island areas of B.C.
Experience: Experience and education related to working with students in online learning, competency-based assessment, and project-based learning are helpful but not necessary.
