Description
What you’ll do ?
- You will be responsible for, but not limited to:
- Respect health and safety policies at all times
- Test and verify the quality of controls installations
- Perform calibration and maintenance of detection and actuation devices
- Complete programming of digital control systems
- Perform system and equipment start-ups and completing the related documentation
- Tune PID loop
- Make GUI modifications
- Troubleshoot equipment and determining corrective actions
- Install and terminate control devices, such as controllers, sensors, actuators, and relays
- Provide training to clients
Must have
- College diploma in Instrumentation and automation, Electronics, or building mechanical systems or a university diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- Knowledge of programmable logic controllers (PLCs)
- Knowledge in general-purpose programming languages (BASIC, C++, GCL)
- Valid driver's licence
- Access to a vehicle
- No criminal record
- Experience with Building Automation System
Nice to have
- Knowledge of HVAC
- Knowledge of BACnet protocol
- Knowledge of computer and telecommunication networks
- Valid health and safety trainings: WHMIS, working at heights, locks and tags, Arc flash awareness
