What will you do?
- Lead and support an Inside Sales team in an inbound/outbound call center to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
- Provide coaching, training, and performance management to ensure high-quality standards and continuous improvement.
- Monitor team performance, conduct evaluations, and implement development plans.
- Approve time sheets and commission payouts as per company payroll policies.
- Manage and convert inbound leads while executing outbound sales campaigns.
- Develop customized solutions to meet customer needs and secure new sales.
- Maintain accurate CRM records throughout the sales cycle and track lead distribution.
- Provide timely sales forecasts and insights on market trends, competitors, and customer preferences.
- Enforce company policies while fostering a collaborative and high-performance work culture.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve overall business and sales objectives.
What do you bring?
- Postsecondary education or equivalent work experience in commercial sales or a related field.
- Five or more years of proven sales experience, including leading a team of sales representatives.
- Experience in HVAC or a similar industry is preferred.
- Strong background in selling services rather than products.
- Proven ability to drive sales and achieve corporate goals.
- Strong negotiation, leadership, and account management skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Windows, AutoCAD, and PowerPoint.
- Hands-on experience with CRM systems, including daily updates and sales activity tracking.
