Description
Position: Plumber Apprentice - New Home Construction
Wanting to get into the Trade?
Location: Saskatoon, SK for Immediate start
Reports to: New Home Construction Manager
Skills, Abilities and Experience:
- Ability to follow direction and ask questions
- Ability to work on own once given instructions
- Must have a driver’s license with clean drivers abstract
- Must be physically capable of performing all work required of this position
- A registered Plumbing Apprentice in Level 1 or 2 with residential new home construction experience an asset
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist Journeyman Plumber in the piping of residential new homes
- Cut opening in walls and floors to accommodate pipe and pipe fittings
- Measure, cut, bend and thread pipes using hand and power tools or machines
- Adhere to all safety rules and procedures and relevant regulatory requirements.
