Resume/Curriculum Vitae;
University Transcripts and Diplomas(i.e., B.A., B.Ed.);
Pastoral Reference
Two current Professional Reference Letters(experienced Teachers);OR
Practice Teaching Reports(new grads only);
QECO Statement of Evaluation - Program 5(if available);
Ontario College of Teachers Certificate of Qualification;OR
OCT Transitional Certificate(if certification is pending, please indicate);
