Groupe Robert is currently looking for a Customer service Agent for Boucherville Terminal.
1 year contract
Your responsibilities will be as follows:• Process orders received by fax or e-mail
• Data processing
• Answer customers and drivers answers
• Provide exceptional customer service
• Complete follow up of pick-ups and deliveries
• Coordinate operations at the local level and through the various Robert terminals to optimize the customers, shipments follow up
• Efficiently be up to the clients needs
• Produce and fill in different types of documents
• Other administrative tasks
• Minimum 3 years experience in customer service in the transportation field
• Bilingual, French and English
• Mastering customer approach
• Able to work under pressure
• Good computer skills
• Team spirit, resourcefulness and work autonomy
• Capable of working in an evolving demanding milieu
