Description
Under the supervision of the Distribution Center Manager, the Quality and Training Coordinator is responsible for ensuring compliance with ISO standards and updating related policies and procedures. He/she trains employees on this subject and ensures that all controls are in place.
Your responsibilities will be as follows:- Train and sensitize employees and managers on ISO procedures;
- Ensure document validity and control;
- Monitor changes and new developments in quality standards;
- Implement changes required to comply with standards and inform stakeholders;
- Identify problems and opportunities and implement corrective solutions at source;
- Ensure distribution center compliance at all times by conducting internal quality audits on a regular basis;
- Design and maintain quality standards documents;
- Ensure that certifications and standards are maintained and followed
- All other related tasks.
- Fluency in English and French (both spoken and written);
- Secondary IV completed;
- Good knowledge of office software (Office suite, Outlook);
- Minimum 3 years' experience in ISO standards management and/or quality management;
- Thoroughness and attention to detail.
