Description
Reporting to the Area Manager, Distribution Center, the Inventory Supervisor is responsible for inventory management in his or her area.
Your responsibilities will be as follows:- Supervise the inventory team
- Carry out cyclical inventory counts
- Perform inventory adjustments
- Perform unbalance analysis
- Manage receiving problems (POD)
- Analyze inventory movements in the system
- Management and follow-up of customer requests
- Follow-up with suppliers
- Monitor and compile KPIs and non-conformities
- Optimize inventory processes
- Support operations and ensure compliance with procedures and processes
- Contribute to peer training
- Ensure inventory performance
- Ensure data integrity
- Investigate discrepancies
- All other related tasks
- AEC or DEC in logistics or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years experience in personnel management
- Minimum 5 years experience in inventory management
- Knowledge of import/export compliance and customs documentation
- Knowledge of Office suite and SAP
- French / English
- Good communication skills and customer focus
- Good analytical skills
- Resourcefulness, autonomy
- Thoroughness, attention to detail
- Stress and priority management in a constantly changing environment
