Description
Under the supervision of the Billing Area Manager, the technician will bill major accounts and all others. He/she will validate the accuracy of rates according to agreements, analyze revenues at month-end and provide support to operations.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, day shift, 40h/week
Your responsibilities will be as follows:- Invoice customer accounts;
- Validate billing transactions against operating system;
- Analyze transactions;
- Meet customer and agreement deadlines;
- Provide support to operations on billing issues;
- All other related tasks
- 3-5 years billing experience;
- Bilingualism required (oral and written);
- DEP in accounting or related field (an asset);
- Proficiency in Office suite;
- Thoroughness and attention to detail;
- Sense of initiative and autonomy;
- Knowledge of the distribution industry (an asset);
- Analytical skills.
