Our expectations
As an Advisor, Talent Acquisition, you are the ambassador of a culture where the hiring process provides candidates with a unique experience.
You will be part of a dynamic team of Talent Acquisition Advisors who support recruitment in RONA's some 205 corporate stores, 8 distribution centers and our corporate office. Your diligence and judgment allow you to build trust with your internal clients, and you will contribute to many national-scale projects.
Your role
Reporting to the Director, Talent Acquisition, you are responsible for executing several of our recruitment strategies and you collaborate on ensuring best practices in talent acquisition management. You work on strategies to reach the best talent, headhunt candidates, and use your network to fulfill recruitment needs.
The qualifications we are looking for
- You must hold a university degree in human resources management or a related field. You have at least 3 years of experience in a similar position.
- You are able to juggle several projects simultaneously while providing exceptional customer service.
- You have excellent communication skills both orally and in writing, in French and English.
- You are an organized, meticulous person who is able to quickly grasp your clients' needs.
- You have a good experience using Talent Acquisition technologies and with Sourcing.
- Lastly, you have experience in retail, and you are aware of best practices and social media visibility strategies (e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook, career website).
