Our expectations

We are seeking a BI and PRO Strategy Analyst to support the pro support management team in driving data-driven decision-making across the organization. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to transform data into actionable insights. This role will be critical in supporting business initiatives, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring the efficient allocation of resources.

Your role

• Assist the pro support management in conducting in-depth analyses of business performance, market trends, and customer behavior.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret complex data sets to develop strategic insights and actionable recommendations.
• Support the development and execution of strategic initiatives aimed at driving business growth and efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and monitor progress towards organizational goals.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and dashboards to communicate findings and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Identify potential risks and opportunities, providing strategic input on business decisions.
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy across all reporting and analytics efforts.

The qualifications we are looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in business analysis, strategy, or a similar role.
• Strong proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across departments.
• Experience in supporting strategic initiatives and translating data into business solutions.
• Highly detail-oriented and organized.
• A proactive problem solver with a strategic mindset.
• Strong ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adaptable to change.
