We require all our head office associates to be proficient in French, spoken and written.

Our expectations

Reporting to the Demand & Allocation Manager - Field Support, the Replenisher - Field Support will have the main responsability of responding to various requests from stores within the Demand & Allocation team. The team plays a role in supporting stores with supply of their stores with regard to specific requests.

Your role

• Processing of inbound requests via the stores' self-service portal (service now);
• Follow ups with replenishers and inventory analysts;
• Perform searches in various systems;
• Enter data into different systems and perform the required actions;
• Perform all related tasks.

The qualifications we are looking for

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service (asset);
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in Supply Chain management
• Good sense of organization;
• Have the ability to work with various technical and/or functional teams;
• Be comfortable with computer systems, being familiar with SIDMA software (asset);
• Being comfortable using Excel
