Your role
- Proactively monitor consumers’ content needs.
- In collaboration with the specialist, Social Media and their manager, develop the 360° editorial strategy.
- Update existing inspirational content on the Workshop and produce new long-form content.
- Coordinate external copywriting and translation resources, as needed.
- Work closely with the SEO, Online Experience and other Marketing teams.
- In collaboration with the Social Media Specialist, produce content for social platforms as part of the editorial strategy (DIY, social capsules, snackable content, etc.).
- Support the Marketing team in the production of various content (YouTube clips, videos for the website, etc.)
- Contribute to the rollout of the social marketing plan across various channels (e.g., approval of preview links).
- Manage local Facebook pages (training and coordination of in-store ambassadors).
- Oversee the social mailbox and respond to requests from affiliates and in-store ambassadors.
- Actively monitor platforms and take part in interaction management.
The qualifications we are looking for
- University degree in marketing or related field.
- Three to five years’ experience in marketing, specifically in social media content.
- Proficiency with the Office environment.
- Proven creativity and energy.
- Excellent communicator and team player.
- Thorough, organized and reliable.
- Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines.
