The selected candidate will be required to travel regularly between our two Distribution Center (DC) sites, located in Martin Grove (Etobicoke) and Parkdale (Hamilton). They will be responsible for managing two separate teams across these two sites, ensuring coordination, efficiency, and the achievement of goals for each team.

Our expectations

Reporting to the Director, Pro Sales Support, the Manager is responsible for overseeing the operational performance of a team of sales coordinators across two sites. The primary goal is to ensure customer and collaborator satisfaction by addressing their needs with top-quality service. The Manager also acts as a leader, creating an environment that fosters talent development and high performance.

Your role

  • Leadership and Coaching: Inspire, mentor, and motivate team members to maintain a positive, healthy, and high-performing work environment.
  • Collaboration: Promote teamwork and synergy across departments and with external partners.
  • Change Management and Talent Development: Implement effective management and communication strategies to support change management, attract and retain talent, and foster skill development and employee engagement aligned with company values and goals.
  • Operational Excellence: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure exceptional service delivery for our high-performing PRO customer segment.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify and execute opportunities for process improvements to maximize business outcomes and ensure PRO customer and collaborator satisfaction.
  • Process Standardization: Optimize and standardize processes under your responsibility for greater efficiency.
  • Performance Management: Oversee the individual and collective performance of the PRO sales support team in Quebec.
  • Digital Transformation: Actively contribute to the digitalization of business processes to better serve the PRO customer base.

The qualifications we are looking for

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, including 5 years in team management.
  • Results-Oriented: Ability to lead actionable initiatives and achieve measurable results.
  • Customer Focus: A customer-centric approach to meeting client needs and expectations.
  • Team Management: Expertise in building and developing high-performing teams, with the ability to inspire and engage them.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams.
  • Stress Management: Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
  • Team Spirit: Actively fosters teamwork and collaboration.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to build and maintain positive and constructive human relationships.
  • Our Hybrid Workplace Policy establishes that associates need to have a reliable transportation to and from our corporate head office located in Boucherville (Quebec), to come to the office on a regular basis.
  • We require all our head office associates to be proficient in French, spoken and written.
