Become a key player in optimizing our inventory management! You will participate in the strategic planning and execution of marketing strategies, while ensuring smooth collaboration with our internal partners. This position offers you the opportunity to contribute directly to the success of marketing initiatives, while developing your skills in a stimulating and constantly evolving environment.
Your role:

Participate in the planning and execution of marketing strategies for the categories under your responsibility

Define and maintain replenishment parameters in line with the corporate inventory management strategy while supporting marketing initiatives for the products under your responsibility

Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with internal partners to develop strategies
-
Ensure excellent collaboration with business partners responsible for merchandising
-
Coordinate various activities with stakeholders
-
Analyze and monitor performance indicators (level of products in stock, accuracy of sales forecasts, turnover rate, inventory budget, dashboard, product status, etc.)

Participate in a collaborative cycle of review and planning of sales, inventory and supply (S&OP/CPFR)

Participate in all other related tasks to ensure the smooth running of the department
What we're looking for:
-
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in operations research, operations management, engineering, statistics or other relevant discipline

1 to 4 years’ related experience, preferably in demand planning and stock management
-
Good ability to analyze data in order to formulate recommendations
-
Good knowledge of technological tools such as MS Excel and Access (knowledge of JDA is considered an asset)

Organizational skills, thoroughness, self-direction and attention to detail
-
Well-developed business acumen and sense of urgency
-
Ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment

Familiarity with the retail industry and/or distribution (an asset)
