Our expectations
The successful candidate will be responsible for training and coordinating stores in a sector on new digital platforms and operating procedures. Implement programs and processes in collaboration with in-store management teams to improve sales and online shopping experience.
Your role
Provide training in your sector with regard to digital operations (e.g. picking, sending and remitting orders)
Greeting customers warmly and providing good customer service
Assess customer needs and provide informed, expert advice on digital services and operations to the store and management teams.
Present and demonstrate the different digital platforms to the store teams, emphasizing their positive features, and their benefits for our customers.
Analyze performance indicators related to digital operations and participate in the
achievement of objectives for your sector
Stay informed of new digital developments at Rona and their technical applications
Support an in-store support committee for your sector
Promote a collaborative work environment by actively participating in in-store recognition programs.
Work in accordance with store health and safety and loss prevention policies and procedures
Any other related tasks that ensure the smooth running of digital operations
The qualifications we are looking for
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to build trusting relationships with others
Experience and willingness to mentor and coach others
Analytical and troubleshooting skills to solve complex problems; Creative problem-solving
Proven knowledge of the MS Office software suite (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook)
Ability to manage change well and stay positive in the face of change
Ability to address large teams, communicate information, and listen effectively
Experience in creating and maintaining a safety culture
Be available to work variable hours and work overtime as required
Be available to travel within your territory, hold a valid driver's license.
