You'll have a direct impact on smooth operations and customer satisfaction, while working in a stimulating and dynamic environment.

Your role:

  • Plan and coordinate delivery schedules, routes and driver assignments
  • Act as the main point of contact for customers and internal teams regarding delivery services
  • Advise on delivery capabilities, including lead times, product placement and specialized services
  • Adjust orders, process changes and ensure accuracy of documentation
  • Maintain communication with drivers and track completion of deliveries
  • Check stock availability and coordinate with procurement team if necessary
  • Process payments, close orders and ensure all documentation is correct
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety and loss prevention guidelines
  • Manage customer inquiries, provide quotations and resolve delivery issues
  • Any other related tasks ensuring the smooth running of sales
