The Role

We are looking for an exceptional Senior Mobile App Developer with extensive experience in Flutter and Dart to lead our mobile application development efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance, scalable mobile applications across iOS and Android platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and implementation of complex mobile applications using Flutter and Dart

  • Develop robust, efficient, and maintainable code

  • Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional mobile experiences

  • Optimize application performance and ensure smooth user interactions

  • Implement advanced state management solutions using providers, bloc, or other modern Flutter patterns

  • Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for mobile application deployment

  • Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers

  • Integrate complex backend services and APIs

  • Implement advanced features like offline support, push notifications, and real-time updates

  • Ensure cross-platform compatibility and responsive design

  • Contribute to test automation, ensuring collaboration with QA colleagues.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in mobile software development

  • Significant understanding of Flutter framework and Dart programming language.

  • Strong knowledge of mobile app design UX Design patterns.

  • Experience with RESTful APIs and GraphQL.

  • Experience with version control systems.

  • Experience with “iOS native” and “Android native”.

  • Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and French.

  • Ability to work with both Agile/Scrum and Waterfall project management methodologies.

  • Continuous learning mindset.

  • Ability to mentor and guide junior developers and help grow the team around you.
