Become a vital part of our replenishment team! Use your skills to help manage inventory, identify popular products and recommend improvements. You'll play an important role in ensuring good customer experience, while evolving in a collaborative environment.
Your role:- Help the supply team meet goals for in-stock products, service rate, inventory turnover, and supplier performance
- Identify top sellers and ensure suffiecient stock levels
- Support stores by responding to all questions and problems regarding procurement
- Ensure communication between stores and relevant departments
- Recommend various opportunities for improvement in order to meet objectives
- Mobilize and involve other sectors and stores in order to meet objectives
- Take charge of monitoring various improvement interventions
- Efficiently meet store needs in order to quickly resolve issues
- Work closely with the teams in charge of procurement, planning, merchandising, and logistics and flyer activities ID sku discrepencies and address, backorder issues
- Degree in a related field (an asset)
- 2 years' relevant experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and knowledge of databases
- Analytical mindset
- Ability to work well both as part of a team and individually
- Knowledge of retail and/or distribution (an asset)
