Become a vital part of Rona and ensure exceptional customer service by supervising our front-line teams. With your organization, attention to detail and communication skills, you'll train our associates to make every visit a positive experience!
Your role:- Supervise frontend staff to ensure service standards are being maintained
- Oversee register coverage and store supply usage
- Provide refunds and monitor cash drawer amounts
- Perform opening and closing procedures
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers and addressing any issues
- Understand, train and promote company programs and initiatives (Pro, RPP, financing, survey, fundraising)
- Train and mentor new associates
- Other related tasks to ensure the store runs smoothly
- 1 year of retail experience
- 1 year of experience in team supervision
- Strong problem solving skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong attention to details
