Working from the Ontario office and reporting to the National Sales Director for Procurement, the Key Account Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with rendering customers in Ontario (slaughterhouses, deboning rooms, meat processors, butchers) as well as industrial customers (food processing).

Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with current and potential customers.
- Prepare and present business reviews to contracted customers and regularly visit production sites to optimize processes and improve the quality of the raw materials received.
- Ensure excellent customer service in collaboration with transportation and plant teams.
- Regular customer plant visits will be required, along with a strong understanding of both the customer’s operations and our logistics and processes.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in account management.
- Proven success in building strong relationships with customers and driving business development.
- Customer service-oriented with strong collaboration skills.
- Proficient in Excel and capable of preparing business reviews using PowerPoint.
- Leadership, autonomy, resourcefulness, and the ability to work effectively in a team are key attributes.
