This job is for you!

As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing and managing a designated territory. You will spend 70% of your time acquiring new clients and 30% managing and maintaining existing relationships. You will play a key role in prospecting, business development, and maintaining strong relationships with grocery stores and restaurants within the territory.

Main Responsibilities:

Business Development (70%):

  • Identify and prospect new clients in the restaurant and grocery sectors.
  • Promote our products and services to expand our presence in the territory.
  • Conduct regular visits to maximize sales opportunities.

Existing Client Management (30%):

  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients through regular follow-ups.
  • Resolve issues for active clients to ensure their continued satisfaction.
  • Organize and deliver training on the use of our products at client sites.

Customer Service:

  • Serve as the primary contact for clients in the territory to address their questions and concerns.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by working closely with various internal departments.

Teamwork:

  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure overall client satisfaction and achievement of sales goals.

Experience and Skills:

  • Hold a college or university degree in marketing, sales, business management, or equivalent experience
  • Experience in sales, prospecting, and market development
  • Bilingualism (French and English)
  • Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
  • Experience in waste management (an asset)
  • Valid Quebec driver's license
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Highly organized with excellent time management abilities
  • Demonstrated analytical skills
  • Resourceful and able to work independently
