Reporting to the Director of Business Development, the Student-
Customer Sales Support position is responsible for providing support to the Hamilton Sales team for the summer of 2024. We are looking for an individual who is a student looking to work through the summer.
Job Responsibilities
- Contact clients who need to be renewed.
- Assist with coordination with the sales force cold calling of new clients.
- Provide basic training on system usage for the container process if necessary.
- Support the sales team with workflow.
- Participate in special projects as directed.
Job Requirements:
- Must have a car. Travel will be 60%-80% of the work will be on the road.
- This position is located at our Hamilton facility.
- Develop and maintain good working relationships with other departments and our clients.
- Possess practical knowledge of administrative tasks.
- Be comfortable following all company policies and procedures.
- Ability to read, write, and understand English.
- Abie to communicate effectively orally and in writing with Sanimax staff, clients, vendors, suppliers, and other business-related contracts.
- Work independently, prioritize, and determine assignments and work methods.
- Contribute to special or ongoing projects as directed by the Purchasing Manager.
- Ability to use all necessary office equipment to accomplish tasks, such as computers, phones, fax machines, etc.
- Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations.
- Assist in other work-related areas upon request.
