Responsibilities:
- Manage the candidate pre-screening process (CV sorting, phone interviews).
- Collaborate with managers to determine recruitment needs.
- Identify and attract top talent through various channels (social media, job sites, headhunting, partnerships with schools/universities, etc.)
- Conduct in-depth recruitment interviews (via phone or Teams) and assess candidates' technical and behavioral skills.
- Write and present job offers.
- Coordinate pre-employment background checks.
- Ensure that our ATS system is kept up to date by documenting all actions taken.
- Ensure an optimal candidate experience by maintaining smooth communication and thorough follow-up throughout the recruitment process.
- Become a key point of contact for managers and provide support.
- Post and improve job descriptions.
- Participate in continuous improvement projects as needed.
Qualifications:
- Student in Industrial Relations, Human Resources, or any relevant field.
- Bilingualism (French and English) is essential.
- Excellent work ethic and sense of commitment.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills.
- Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively.
- Dynamic, reliable, and organized.
- Comfortable taking on new challenges in a constantly evolving environment.
