What you’ll do:
Position title: SAP SCM iXp Intern - Solution Support
Location: Montréal, Canada
Expected start date: January 2025
The primary responsibility of the EWM Intern will be to drive issue resolution for our customers based on proactive notifications from SAP Early Watch Alert as well as safeguarding our Support SLAs.
- Drive issue resolution for our customers based on proactive notifications from the SAP Early Watch Alert system.
- Feel the satisfaction of delivering a solution to customers that makes their businesses run simpler and better.
- Work as part of an international team; meet, work, and talk with colleagues and customers from all around the world!
- Participate in Queue Management activities to ensure Service Level Agreements are met in time and priority cases get assigned quickly.
- Develop your skills via external and internal e-Learning courses, remote learning sessions, classroom training and coaching.
- Be the guardian of the customers’ success, ensuring an effortless customer experience
- Research, document, and share knowledge through creation of Knowledge Base articles, Wiki documents, SAP Community answers, etc.
What you bring:
We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stay curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.
- Currently enrolled in a University degree such as Business Administration, IT, or Supply Chain Logistics
- Excellent customer focus and communication skills (oral/written) are a must
- Problem solving/analytical skills
- Strong time management skills
- Flexible approach to working in hybrid mode - virtually as well as meeting with the team in the office environment
- Fluent in English

SAP provides the hourly base salary rate range applicable for the posted role. The targeted range for this position is 18.00 - 36.00 CAD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidates will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process.
