Contract Type : Part-time Temporary (0.286 FTE)
Salary Range: The starting annual salary for this part-time teaching position ranges from $18,120 to $32,130, with placement on the range based on length of service and qualifications in accordance with the collective agreement.

Terms and conditions pursuant to the Collective Agreement between the Cranbrook and Fernie Teachers' Association and School District No. 5 (Southeast Kootenay).
-Preference will be given to applicants with BC Teacher Certification.
-Must have a degree/formal training and/or teaching experience in subjects and at a level specific to each posting.
Job Summary:
Foods Teacher - Grades 8/9
0.286 FTE temporary contract, starting January 27, 2025 or upon completion of the posting process to June 27, 2025 or return of the incumbent.
Must have a degree/formal training and or teaching experience in Foods at the Middle School level. It would be considered an asset to have FOODSAFE certification.
This position is scheduled for 1 semester block of Foods 8/9. Please note that all work will be on site.
