REQUEST FOR PROFESSIONAL NURSING SERVICES – REGISTERED NURSE (RN)

SERESPRO is currently seeking registered nurses (RNs) who are members of the OIIQ to fill temporary nursing mandates under professional service contracts. These positions are available in a variety of healthcare settings located in:

  • Montreal and surrounding areas (CHSLDs, hospitals, CLSCs)

  • Remote and northern regions of Quebec, where the need is high

2. Description of Expected Services

Selected professionals will be expected to:

  • Provide comprehensive nursing care to elderly and vulnerable populations

  • Participate in the development and implementation of individualized care plans

  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams

  • Ensure rigorous clinical follow-up of clients

  • Comply with OIIQ standards and clinical protocols

3. Targeted Regions Option 1: Northern Quebec Regions

  • CRSSS de la Baie-James

  • Inuulitsivik Health Centre (Hudson Bay region)

  • Tulattavik Health Centre of Ungava (Ungava Bay region)

  • Cree Board of Health and Social Services of James Bay

  • Abitibi-Témiscamingue, Gaspésie, Côte-Nord, Îles-de-la-Madeleine, Bas-Saint-Laurent

  • Assignments from 4 to 12 weeks, with possibility of renewal

  • Multiple contract departures available for summer

  • Work settings: regional health centers, CHSLDs, local clinics, general hospitals

  • Diverse clienteles – general care, post-surgery, medicine, long-term care

4. Professional Conditions & Benefits

5. Required Profile

  • Must be a registered nurse with the OIIQ

  • Minimum 6 months of clinical experience (CHSLD or equivalent experience is an asset)

  • Willingness to travel outside your home region for contract-based assignments
