Description
Our large energy client is hiring (2) Intermediate Strategic Sourcing Specialists to develop, deploy and manage procurement for hardware, software and IT services (25109)
Must Have:
- 4+ years experience developing and deploying sourcing strategies
- Experience sourcing IT services, hardware and software
- Experience managing multi-discipline stakeholders
- Undergraduate degree
Responsibilities:
- Oversee IT support by ensuring category goals and objectives are translated into strategies
- Execute complex sourcing following the agreed processes and sourcing channels
- Work with cross-functional teams in assessing risks, options, and desired outcomes to meet IT needs and technical compliance.
- Track and measure performance levels for complex sourcing and supplier effectiveness
- Maintain focus on fit for purpose, added value, lowest total “life cycle” cost and cost savings
- Maintain relationships with key IT, business and manufacturing partners and key supplier contacts
- Develop and implement supplier continuous improvement initiatives.
