Description
Our valued public sector client is seeking a Senior Project Manager to create and submit an Investment Plan.
Responsibilities:
- Developing investment planning documents such as business cases, basis of estimates, investment plan analysis and cost-benefit analysis.
- Knowledge of IT principles, platforms and terminology including cloud services.
- Familiarity with project planning and estimating
- Collaborate with business units to create business cases, surfacing high level business needs, developing solution alternatives, and identifying anticipated benefits and benefits realization plan.
- Knowledge of the Government of Canada Treasury Board Secretariat Organizational Project Management Capacity Assessment (OPMCA) Tool
Must haves:
- Previous experience of submitting successful investment plans
- Previous experience using the Organizational Project Management Capacity Assessment (OPMCA) Tool
- Active federal government Security Clearance
- a Degree or a Diploma and a certificate.
