Our valued public sector client is seeking a Senior Project Manager to create and submit an Investment Plan.

Responsibilities:

Developing investment planning documents such as business cases, basis of estimates, investment plan analysis and cost-benefit analysis.
Knowledge of IT principles, platforms and terminology including cloud services.
Familiarity with project planning and estimating
Collaborate with business units to create business cases, surfacing high level business needs, developing solution alternatives, and identifying anticipated benefits and benefits realization plan.
Knowledge of the Government of Canada Treasury Board Secretariat Organizational Project Management Capacity Assessment (OPMCA) Tool

Must haves:

Previous experience of submitting successful investment plans
Previous experience using the Organizational Project Management Capacity Assessment (OPMCA) Tool
Active federal government Security Clearance
a Degree or a Diploma and a certificate.
