Our valued public sector client is seeking a Senior Project Manager to create and submit an Investment Plan.


Responsibilities:

  • Developing investment planning documents such as business cases, basis of estimates, investment plan analysis and cost-benefit analysis.
  • Knowledge of IT principles, platforms and terminology including cloud services.
  • Familiarity with project planning and estimating
  • Collaborate with business units to create business cases, surfacing high level business needs, developing solution alternatives, and identifying anticipated benefits and benefits realization plan.
  • Knowledge of the Government of Canada Treasury Board Secretariat Organizational Project Management Capacity Assessment (OPMCA) Tool


Must haves:

  • Previous experience of submitting successful investment plans
  • Previous experience using the Organizational Project Management Capacity Assessment (OPMCA) Tool
  • Active federal government Security Clearance
  • a Degree or a Diploma and a certificate.
