Description
Gen AI UX Designer - RQ01381
Duration: 1 year to start
Location: Hybrid - Downtown Toronto (2-3 days a week)
Must Have Skills:
• 5+ years experience in UX Design
• Experience with UX design for enterprise business applications, especially form design and conducting user research, and developing personas and journey maps
• Figma or Sketch
• Experience in UX Design for GEN AI products would be beneficial
Job Responsibilities
• Conduct user research through user interviews, contextual inquiries, card sorting and any other design research techniques
• Analyze and synthesize respective research to then develop personas, journey maps and any other research outputs
• Develop usability testing scripts and lead usability testing sessions using prototypes
• Analyze and synthesize respective research into usability reports, design decisions or iterations of design deliverables
• Use service design and product design methodologies to create a north star of the experience and identify key moments that matter
• Translate those needs into a prototype using design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Invision, to develop wireframes and outputs
