Int. Bilingual (French/English) Administrative Assistant to support the Human Resource department for a large insurance client - 2605


Duration: 12 months (possibility of extension)

Location: On-site (Markham)


Must Have Skills:

  • 1-3 years of administrative support experience.
  • Bilingual (French/English)
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, Publisher, etc.).


Nice To Have Skills:

  • Previous experience with supporting a corporate staffing department.
  • Insurance/Fi industry experience


Job Responsibilities:

  • Utilizes Microsoft applications to develop reports, organize and maintain data, create presentations, and manage projects.
  • Acts as a department point-of-contact for hiring managers and job applicants in assisting them with their needs.
  • Assists in the hiring process.
  • Performs full administrative support functions.
  • Assists with special projects and perform other duties and functions as requested.
