Int. Bilingual (French/English) Administrative Assistant to support the Human Resource department for a large insurance client - 2605
Duration: 12 months (possibility of extension)
Location: On-site (Markham)
Must Have Skills:
- 1-3 years of administrative support experience.
- Bilingual (French/English)
- Experience with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, Publisher, etc.).
Nice To Have Skills:
- Previous experience with supporting a corporate staffing department.
- Insurance/Fi industry experience
Job Responsibilities:
- Utilizes Microsoft applications to develop reports, organize and maintain data, create presentations, and manage projects.
- Acts as a department point-of-contact for hiring managers and job applicants in assisting them with their needs.
- Assists in the hiring process.
- Performs full administrative support functions.
- Assists with special projects and perform other duties and functions as requested.
