Int. IT Auditor to execute and advise on security and project control audits for our public sector client - RQ00070


Location: Toronto - Hybrid (2/3 days per week)

Duration: 6 months (possibility of extension)

Hours: 7.25 per day

Overview:

  • Responsible for overseeing a portion of Internal Audit's annual audit plan.
  • Will prepare regular updates to the Audit, Finance, and Risk Management Committee and the Vice President, Audit, Regulatory Compliance, and Controls (ARCC).
  • The team executes audits & analytics, and provides advisory support on IT general computing controls, privacy and security activities, system security configurations, project management activities, financial and payment process controls, service provider compliance audits, and entity level security controls.


Must have skills:

  • 5+ years’ experience in IT audit, IT Security, or IT risk - IT audit is preferred
  • Understanding of security and project controls
  • Problem solving and analytical skills
