Int. Project Coordinator to support skills development projects for a large banking client - 67562
Duration: 12 months (possibility of extension or conversion)
Location: Downtown Toronto [Hybrid - Onsite a minimum of 2 days a week, and for critical events or meetings]
Candidate will be joining the Future Work team aiming to foster skill development across the Bank via the implementation of new tools and technology, as well as programs that promote the use of Enterprise Development Tools. The Program Coordinator will work with the Program Leads and other internal and external stakeholders to meet business objectives and create exceptional experiences for employees, leaders and partners - They will play a critical role in enabling the digital transformation journey.
Must-Have Skills:
• 2+ years of experience as a Project Coordinator in administration, project management and/or customer service
• Experience with MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
• Banking/Fi experience
Nice to Have Skills:
• Previous Data Analyst/Reporting experience
• Previous Power BI experience
• Previous SharePoint management, Microsoft Teams Live and Viva Engage experience
Job Responsibilities:
• Program Administration
• Management of program event calendar, SharePoint site, Viva Engage, community engagement,
• Registration and onboarding of users,
• Data extracts and basic manipulation and reporting,
• Drafting and sending communications
• Collateral Management (creating and maintaining “pitch-decks”, one-page guides, support materials, etc.)
• Broader work and accountabilities may be assigned as needed
