Our large Energy client is seeking an Int. ServiceNow Developer to create numerous (~15) catalog items for Identity & Access Management (IAM) Project as well as development and administrative tasks within the ServiceNow ITSM platform

Role will start ASAP and go to November 30, 2024. Possible opportunity to extend if project has additional demand.

Successful candidate will be required to work onsite Tuesday-Thursday in downtown Calgary

Must Haves:

• 5+ years technical ServiceNow ITSM experience
• Development and configuration of catalog items, workflows, forms, lists, business rules, integrations and UI
• Development and maintenance of Automated Test Frameworks (ATFs)
• Strong understanding of ITIL best practices

Nice to Haves:

• Knowledge of ServiceNow governance and development management practices
• Experience integrating with SailPoint and Access Management

Responsibilities:

• Develop and configure catalog items, workflows, forms, lists, business rules, integrations and UI components in ServiceNow
• Participate in reviews of defects and new enhancements, providing technical design documentation
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure the successful implementation and maintenance of ServiceNow applications
• Participate and support an equitable, diverse, and inclusive workplace
