Our client has an immediate requirement for an Intermediate Administrative Assistant to support an IT department for a client that is located in SE Calgary.


This is a permanent position.


Reporting to the Director of Technology, the technology administrative assistant provides essential coordination, communication, and administrative support for the IT department, ensuring smooth operations across service requests, asset management, procurement, and financial processes. The role involves managing documentation, scheduling, vendor relations, and reporting, while supporting the Director of Technology and IT leadership with day-to-day functions and strategic initiatives. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information are key to success in this role.


Must Have:

  • 4+ years of experience in an Administrative Assistant role
  • 2+ years of experience with technology procurement, asset management and vendor coordination
  • Experience handling invoices, reconciliation and financial records
  • Familiar with IT Service Management (ITSM) tools sucks as ServiceNow
  • Ability to support technology project logistics
