Intermediate Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Developer required to assist in designing and developing a Component Content Management Solution for our Client

Our GTA based, Municipal Government client is looking for an experienced Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Developer to assist in designing and developing a Component Content Management Solution for our Client's Maintenance Manual using the AEM Guides Cloud platform.

ROLE:

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver a scalable, efficient, and reusable content management system that supports our Client's RAMS (Reliability, Availability, Maintainability, and Safety) processes.

This assignment includes delivering a solution that will:

· Develop Native PDF templates for all existing RAMS-controlled document types, ensuring compliance with organizational standards.

· Leverage reusable content as much as possible.

· Support existing RAMS workflows, including document production, review, approval, and publication.

· Migrate 500 legacy PDF documents to DITA (Darwin Information Typing Architecture) structure, supported by the AEM platform.

MUST HAVE:

• 3+ years of experience with developing in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), specifically in AEM Cloud environments.
• Proven experience with AEM Guides for creating and managing structured content, including DITA.
• Expertise in CSS and HTML for front-end development and customization within AEM.
• Expertise in JavaScript within AEM and DITA-OT customization.
• Strong understanding of content management workflows, reusable content objects, and content revisions in a CCMS (Component Content Management System).

NICE TO HAVE:

Familiarity with different AEM flavors, such as AEM Sites, AEM Assets, and AEM Forms.

Familiarity with DITA content structures, structured authoring.
