Description
Our Public Sector client is seeking an Intermediate Business Analyst with eCRM and Commercial off the Shelf products to support a CRM implementation.
12 months. 100% remote. Must work AST.
Responsibilities:
- Experience with business and technical requirements analysis, elicitation, modeling through a CRM lens verification and methodology development; overseeing design and development; and
- Experience with prioritizing and managing multiple tasks simultaneously, working in a team environment, and managing projects
- Evaluate existing business processes and workflows, identifying areas for improvement.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a dynamic environment, establish priorities, and meet tight deadlines
Must Have:
- Five (5) years of demonstrated experience as a Business Analyst working within a complex environment;
- Two (2) years working with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Commercial off the shelf (CoTs) products as a Business Analyst or equivalent
Nice to Have:
Oracle Fusion Cloud CRM
- Experience working with government organizations
- Agile-Iterative Methodology
- Experience with Microsoft Azure DevOps
