Our integrated energy client is looking for an Intermediate ETRM Administrator to support vendors and customers through a credit card conversion project. (8843)

Must-Haves:

• 5+ years experience working with suppliers and customers (counterparties) within a commodity trading environment as an analyst or administrator.
• Experience screening and maintaining customer profiles.
• Experience with ETRM platforms (e.g. Egistix, OMS, Allegro Horizon, RightAngle)
• Post-Secondary education in either business, finance or legal is required

Nice to Haves:

• Experience with SAP
• Experience with Content Server and/or SharePoint
• Data analytics

Responsibilities:

• Act as key point of contact for new counterparties as part of a credit card conversion project; perform outreach, due diligence, and onboarding activities as per current Cenovus processes and standards.
• Conduct timely review and process trade confirmations in alignment with business controls as set forth in Market Risk Management Policy, Standard and Procedures.
• Complete counterparty set-up onboarding and maintain ongoing master data / system information accuracy.
• Oversee New Counterparty Request process for all commodity counterparties; perform customer set-up and ensure systems of record (trading and enterprise resource planning systems) are kept current with appropriate counterparty data.
• Manage daily commodity trade confirmations using a variety of energy trading and risk management systems (ETRM) platforms.
• Perform initial Know Your Customer (KYC) screening and maintain ongoing screening, including managing case escalations.
• Coordinate with Vendor Services to request Vendor set-ups in electronic payment system (SAP).
• Collaborate on middle office data cleanup of commodity trading and marketing counterparty data for the full suite of ETRM and ERP systems in advance of the ETRM and ERP system upgrade(s)
• Report potential incidents and breaches as required.
