Our oil and gas client is looking to hire an Intermediate HR Advisor to act as the primary point of contact for employee lifecycle transactions inquiries (9576)
Must-Haves:
- 5+ years of experience working as an HR Advisor to support employee lifecycle transactions
- Experience supporting the implementation and execution of annual HR programs such as performance, compensation, talent assessments, and terminations
- Experience responding to employee inquiries via phone, e-mail, and ServiceNow
- Experience working with Workday and SAP
