Our client is seeking an Intermediate Human Resources Generalist with Workday and employee lifecycle experience for an energy company. This will be a 7-8 month contract upfront with the possibility of extension.


Must Have:

  • 3+ years experience working as a Human Resources Generalist with Workday in an energy, utilities or regulated environment
  • Experience working the Employee Lifecycle from Attraction, Recruitment, Onboarding, Retention, Development and Separation
  • Experience working with Compensation


Nice to have:

  • Experience with relocation and mobility programs
