Job Type: Contract (6-to-9-months)
Primary Location: Remote/Hybrid -Toronto
Client: non-profit humanitarian sector.
Must Haves:
- College diploma or university degree in the field of computer science, information systems or education
- Certification in Adult Learning Theory and Practices
- 4+ years of IT industry experience
- 2+ years direct IT training related experience to Workday or similar HRIS
- Proven experience with adult learning principles, methodologies
- Ability to travel ~ 25-30%
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver new courses for new and existing software applications
- Review training materials and documentation and keep them up to date to ensure currency of content delivered
- Create and communicate training schedules in consultation with stakeholders
